The sales team keeps communicating with our customers to fully understand the needs before signing the contracts. According to the needs ofcustomers, the sales will make a complete list of work, which will be handed over to the R&D department for planning and execution.
The R&D department conducts configuration and drawing for production line. Single machine is designed and carried out by each group of teams investigating on site at any time during the period. With 2D & 3D drawings, the customers are able to fully comprehend the layout.
Our electrical department will carry out the hardware part on the distribution panel and software programming & HMI programming at the same time. After the mechanical assembly of the manufacturing department is completed, the electrical department will implement cable line installation and conductor arrangement. And the electrical department will execute the software program and the test run after the hardware configuration is completed.
After the 2D and 3D drawings are confirmed by the customer, they will be sent to each group of the manufacturing department. And perform the manufacturing operations for production equipment of each process. A complete set of production line will be set up after the production of the equipment is accomplished. The test operation and adjustment are carried out synchronously with the electrical department.
