【Enduring Innovation: Ta Ti Hsing's Journey to JAPAN FOOMA 2024】
Ta Ti Hsing, Taiwan's leading manufacturer of soybean food equipment, recently participated in the JAPAN FOOMA 2024 exhibition, demonstrating its firm commitment to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles. The participation was not only to keep pace with international trends but also to emphasize Ta Ti Hsing's importance in achieving sustainable goals for "food safety and hygiene."
The FOOMA exhibition, themed "Breakthrough FOOMA," focused on food technology innovations. We deeply investigated the comprehensive solutions from raw material to final packaging, with more attention to environmental friendliness, hygiene standards, and food safety. We plan to integrate these advanced concepts into our soybean food equipment manufacturing standards to enhance quality and strengthen food safety guarantees.
As an EHEDG member, Ta Ti Hsing was invited to participate in a seminar hosted by EHEDG (European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group). The seminar, chaired by President Hein Timmerman, focused on the cleaning validation of food machinery equipment, delving deep into mechanical cleaning validation in food safety. This new knowledge will be directly applied to the our product research, development, and upgrades, further improving the hygiene standards of production lines and ensuring safety and quality.
Through participation in the FOOMA, Ta Ti Hsing not only deepened the understanding of the newest global food industry trends but also in-depth exchanged with peers, customers, and suppliers. These valuable experiences and insights will be important guidance for our future development. We are demonstrating through practical actions how to integrate food safety and ESG concepts into corporate development strategies. We hope that through continuous innovation and improvement, while ensuring food safety, we can also set industry benchmarks in environmental protection, social responsibility, and corporate governance, making more contributions to the sustainable development of Taiwan's soybean food manufacturing industry.
