● In 1961, the founder, Mr. Cho, graduated from the first private vocational school in Taiwan- Taipei Kai-Nan High School, founded Ta Ti Machinery Co., Ltd with his mechanical proficiency；committed to the manufacture, research and development of soy food machinery.
○ As early as the 1960s, the founder, Mr. Cho, recognized the importance of international market expansion.
● In 1969, he resolutely went overseas to strive for worldwide business territory. After more than 60 years all-out effort, well-known food manufacturers in Taiwan, such as Uni-President, I-MEI, Northwest Foods, Brothers Farm Foods and Tripodking, etc., all use Ta Ti Hsing’s soy food machines. There are so many overseas customers, which are widely distributed in 32 countries including North and South America, the European Union, New Zealand, Australia, Asia and Africa.
● Plant expansion in 1971. Ta Ti Hsing Machinery Co., Ltd has been passed down for three generations for more than 60 years. Ta Ti Hsing is the oldest brand of soybean food machine company in Taiwan.
○ In the early days of establishment, the main product was the grinder. The founder, Mr. Cho, developed the first electric grinder in Taiwan with unrelenting efforts. It was the pioneer of Taiwan’s semi-automatic tofu machine at that time. Later, we continued to invest in the research and development of soybean food machines based on the grinder.
● In 1980, the fully automatic soybean food production line was officially launched with the joint efforts of the second-generation successor, General Manager, Mr. Cho, Chien-Wang.
● In 1982, Ta Ti Hsing won the Golden Dragon Award for High Quality Domestic Machines in the Republic of China.
● In 1985, recognized by the Taoyuan government and won the Top Ten Outstanding Machines in Taoyuan County.
○ After 2000, general manager, Mr. Cho, Chien-Wang, continued the business policy of “Based on Taiwan! Upholding a global vision” Constantly expand the international market and deepen the service in the domestic market.
● In 2009, the third-generation successor, Andrew, officially joined the management team. It has greatly strengthened the monitoring equipment of Ta Ti Hsing machinery products with his computer science expertise, and established a video sales service system.
● In 2012, Ta Ti Hsing’s machine products have successively completed various professional certifications, and won the patent certificate of the Republic of China.
● In 2013, more than 50 manufacturers participated in the Global Soy Products Manufacturers Summit gathered in Taoyuan. We discuss how to provide the highest quality soy products for mankind, and strengthen human health. The manufacturers also affirms that Ta Ti Hsing was the behind-the-scenes “grinder” of the world’s high-quality soy products during the meeting due to the various soy products machines increasing the output value and value of soy products developed and designed by Ta Ti Hsing.
● In 2014, The first manufacturers in Taiwan, which passed the Swiss SGS verification for the whole tofu automatic production line and obtained European CE certification.
● In 2015, the new modern plant in Daxi was planned. Continue to expand the international market and deepen the service in the domestic market. We will keep fighting to provide more efficient, environmentally friendly and safter soybean food equipment in the future.
● In 2017, Ta Ti Hsing offered an integrated system service from turnkey project, research & development, design, production, setup to the final test run. Keep promoting traditional Chinese soy products to the world.
● In 2018, Ta Ti Hsing Daxi Plant was completed. The guests at home and abroad gathered for the opening ceremony. The 2nd Global Soy Products Manufacturers Summit was also held on the same day. The thanks party was held in the new plant. The three-generation management team thanked to everyone on behalf of the company. In recent years, the world's demand for nutritious and natural soybean food is increasing day by day. Ta Ti Hsing is actively expanding its international business and deepening its domestic market.

● In 2019, Ta Ti Hsing participated the SBIR program of the Technology Office of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. Hope to help SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprise) achieve energy savings and lower costs. Hence, “SHOKUNIN I” fully automatic soymilk machine is developed. And won the excellent manufacturer of Taoyuan City’s local industry innovation research and development plan.
● In 2020, Ta Ti Hsing was listed as an excellent soy product equipment factory in cooperation with the “Domestic Soybean Industry Visit” of the Agriculture and Food Administration.
● In 2021, environmental awareness around the world has increased in recent years. Plant-based protein demand is expected to grow exponentially. In order to keep close tabs on the health of the public, Ta Ti Hsing participated in the CITD assisting traditional industry technology development plan of the Industrial Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. We were hoping to create high-quality additive-free defoamer soybean milk equipment. That’s “Hermetic Ball-type Cooking Machine ”of our innovative development which improves both nutritional value and output. It also meets the market demand for energy saving, carbon reduction and cost reduction in recent years. And won the excellent manufacturer of Taiwan's industrial innovation research and development plan, and make a concerted effort for the earth!
● In 2023, Awarded the 20th National Brand Yushan Award for "Outstanding Enterprise" in 2023.This honor attests to the company's outstanding performance in brand development, innovative research, and international market competitiveness. It also signifies a high-quality image in "Quality, Taste, and Brand."
